📚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For high-volume periods (such as book launches, presales, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with excellence.

✨ Presale Orders

Items purchased during a presale event (including A Beautiful Mess) will ship after production is complete.

  • Estimated ship date: within 2–3 weeks after presale closes
  • All presale books will be signed by the author

If your order includes both presale and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once the presale item is ready.

 

⚠️ Shipping Delays

Nickie & Co. Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier issues
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
